How a long stay works
- Tell us your dates. Email res@hideshotel.com.au or call 07 4058 3700 with your arrival date, how long you’re staying and who’s coming.
- We’ll match you with a room. We’ll check availability, suggest the right room and confirm your rate.
- Check in and settle in. Check-in is from 2:00pm. Bring photo ID and a credit card for the $100 pre-authorisation.

What's the minimum stay for long-term rooms?
Our long-term budget rooms (single, double and twin, with shared bathrooms) have a minimum stay of 4 weeks. Premium rooms can be booked for any length of stay.
Can I book a long stay online?
Premium rooms, yes: book direct online. Long-term budget rooms aren’t available online, so email res@hideshotel.com.au or call 07 4058 3700 to check availability and rates.
Is my room cleaned during my stay?
For environmental reasons, rooms are serviced at the end of each stay rather than daily. During a long stay, extra or fresh towels are available on request at reception, and housekeeping can be arranged by special request.
Is there a guest laundry?
Yes, there’s a guest laundry on site.
Is there parking?
Yes, undercover paid parking on site. Spots are limited, so let us know when you enquire. Ask reception for current rates.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations need 24 hours’ notice, whether you book direct or through a booking website.
Who can stay?
Guests must be 18 or over to check in, and pets aren’t permitted.
