How do I get from Cairns Airport?
Cairns Airport is about 7 km away, roughly a 10 to 15 minute drive. Taxis and rideshares run straight to our Lake Street door.
Is there parking?
Yes, undercover paid parking on site. Spots are limited, so let us know when you book.
What are the reception hours?
Reception is open 7:00am to 9:00pm. Arriving after 6pm? The front door is locked from 6pm for safety, so use the after-hours code in your booking confirmation.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am. Storage lockers are available for early arrivals and late departures.
