- Tell us about your event. Email res@hideshotel.com.au with your dates, the number of rooms and the room types you’re after.
- We’ll check availability. We’ll come back with the rooms we can offer and confirm your rates.
- Send your rooming list. Let us know who’s staying in each room before you arrive.
- Check in from 2:00pm. Reception is open 7:00am to 9:00pm. Arriving after 6pm? The front door is locked for safety, so use the after-hours code in your booking confirmation.

Can guests check in late?
Reception is open 7:00am to 9:00pm. The front door is locked from 6pm for safety, so anyone arriving after that uses the after-hours code in the booking confirmation. Make sure late arrivals in your group have it.
What do guests need at check-in?
Photo ID (guests must be 18 or over) and a credit card for a $100 pre-authorisation. It’s a hold, not a charge, released after check-out if the room’s in good shape.
Is there parking?
Yes, undercover paid parking on site. Spots are limited, so let us know when you book.
What's the cancellation policy?
Our standard policy is 24 hours’ notice. For group bookings, we’ll confirm the terms with you when you book.
Can we store bags after check-out?
Yes, storage lockers are available for early arrivals and late departures.
